Successful ‘End of term’ disco for Year 6 (10-11 years-old)…

Last night’s St Mark’s C of E Primary school disco for Year 6 seemed to go well. Party balloons & Glo-sticks were very popular…

Although some requests could not be fulfilled – often due to ‘inappropriate’ lyrics (and some I’d never heard of!) – generally, everyone seemed to go away happy.                         One thing I learned however, when downloading music, don’t take it for granted that something described as [Clean] or (Radio Edit) necessarily is what it says! All in all, though, another successful gig.

Looking forward to next Saturday’s (25th July, 11a.m. – 4p.m.) ‘Friends of St James Park‘ open-air (hope the weather is favourable!) fundraising Family Fun Day (Map). ‘Come on down’ & celebrate the start of the 2015 Summer holiday. Yaaay!!!
